HaasCaywood PC (“HaasCaywood“) respects your privacy and is committed to using responsible practices in the collection, maintenance and use of your personal information. This privacy policy explains our on-line information practices and applies to your use of www.haascaywood.com (the “Website“) and other services offered through the haascaywood.com domain (the “Privacy Statement“). If you do not agree with our Privacy Statement or Disclaimer and Terms of Use, do not use our Website. This Privacy Statement does not apply to information provided to us pursuant to our attorney-client relationships or protected by confidentiality, the attorney-client privilege or any other applicable legal protection. This Privacy Statement does not address information we obtain from any other source, including e-mail exchanges directly with our attorneys and other personnel, and offline through events such as seminars or from an attorney’s personal contacts.

Our Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. Does the Website Honor Do Not Track Requests?

We do not track your on-line activity across other websites, nor do we knowingly permit any third-parties to conduct online tracking of you while you are visiting our Website. Consequently, we do not respond to your browser’s Do Not Track signal. Moreover, the Website does not support Do Not Track at this time. Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page. By using this Website, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts, state and federal, for Branch County, State of Michigan, USA for the purpose of any suit, action or proceeding relating to our Website or this Privacy Statement (collectively “Proceeding“), and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive and agree not to plead or claim in any court that any such Proceeding brought in such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. In the event any Proceeding is not originally initiated in the the courts, state or federal, for Branch County, State of Michigan, USA, you irrevocably and unconditionally agree to the transfer any such Proceeding to a state or federal court for Branch County, State of Michigan, USA. In any Proceeding arising out of this Website or this Privacy Statement, HaasCaywood shall be entitled to recover its costs, including its reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with the prosecution or defense of any such Proceeding.
